  • Execution feasibility — can this team ship this product on this timeline? Is there one piece you do not yet know how to build?
  • Distribution readiness — is there one tested channel at acceptable CAC, with a real conversion number from non-friend customers?
  • Monetisation viability — do the unit economics work at the smallest sustainable scale, or only with a bigger funding round?

These are the seven pillars of launch readiness, weighted by how often they show up in the failure database. Demand signal is the heaviest because demand failures are the most common and the hardest to recover from once a product has shipped.

What 'evidence' looks like for vibe coders

The evidence bar is the thing that separates a real test from a confidence check. Three categories that work, ordered roughly by strength:
